Morrisey is committed to implementing continuous improvements and to meeting customer needs at many different levels. To achieve those objectives, we interact with existing and prospective customers at industry trade shows and events to gain valuable feedback and perspective. The input we gather helps us deliver better products and services for all. We are a key exhibitor at both care management and credentialing events throughout the year.
We also host an annual Morrisey User Group Meeting for customers in Chicago. The event enables customers to get the most from their investment in our software; learn about industry regulations and trends that affect how they do business; and interact with peers. The meeting gets better and better every year, thanks to customers' participation and involvement in the planning process.
Our quarterly Morrisey Report helps us keep in touch with customers and their needs, as well as share their success stories using our products. The newsletter also informs customers of industry news and changes that affect their operations. And customers can stay in tune with timely industry topics by reading The Searcy Exchange, a bimonthly e-newsletter that Vicki L. Searcy, vice president, Consulting Services, produces.
